About Naomi...

How I Work: I specialize in clarity and strategy—helping people and organizations get real about what they want and how to move on it. My work blends emotional insight with practical moves. Whether you’re navigating a turning point, building confidence, or driving organizational change, I help you find the clarity inside and the momentum outside. This approach is grounded in lived experience, professional expertise, and a deep belief that even in hard moments, joy and purposeful change are possible.

My Story: Life’s taught me that even in our hardest moments, joy, clarity, and purpose are possible. After the shocking loss of my son Adam at 15, I slowly found my way back to hope, resilience, and happiness. That journey shaped not only who I am, but also the work I do every day.

I help people and organizations navigate life’s turning points with clarity, confidence, and a little more joy. As Project Director of Supported Decision-Making New York (SDMNY), I’ve had the privilege of leading a statewide initiative focused on individual autonomy and dignity and recognized nationally and internationally as a best-practice model. I’ve also held senior leadership roles as part of an executive management team, developed and led inclusive school and community based programs and public policy projects, been elected to serve on my city’s Board of Education, and advised organizations navigating complex change.

I’m a certified professional career coach, trained in mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and an inspirational speaker. I love helping people discover their inner wisdom, gain clarity about where they’re headed, and create a path forward that feels purposeful, happy, and full of possibility.

As a mother of six grown adults (including my son in Heaven and a daughter with autism and intellectual disability), I bring authenticity, compassion, and understanding to everything I do. I live in New Rochelle, New York, where I love cooking, laughing, and nurturing the relationships that sustain my spirit and my work.

Naomi’s resonating happiness is rooted in her awareness of the individual light and dignity of each person she encounters…
