The MY Draft™ Framework
The MY Draft™ framework is a developing set of structured reflection tools designed to help individuals prepare for meaningful planning conversations about their lives.
Grounded in Naomi’s experience as both a parent and a professional, the framework reflects her work in self-determination, student engagement, and supported decision-making: translating complex ideas into structured tools that help people prepare for and participate in important decisions about their lives.
The first tool, It’s MY ‘draft’™ IEP, supports students in reflecting on their strengths, needs, goals, and supports before IEP meetings, helping them participate more meaningfully in the conversation.
Because the conversation changes when they’re prepared to be in it.
