The It’s MY ‘Draft’ IEP™ Student Voice Framework, including all related content, language, prompts, structure, and materials, is the intellectual property of Adamsworld LLC.

All content is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

3. Permitted Use

The Framework may be used for:

• Individual student reflection and preparation
• Personal use by parents or guardians

Use is limited to supporting individual students unless otherwise licensed.

4. Restricted Use

Without prior written permission, users may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Framework or its materials
• Modify or adapt the Framework to create derivative tools or systems
• Share templates, forms, or generated materials for broad organizational use
• Implement the Framework for classroom-wide, school-wide, or district-wide use
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute any part of the Framework

Classroom, school, or district implementation requires a separate license.
